Objectives
Merchandising calls were completed within a 1-week period and results compiled within 1 week of activity completion. Methodology We introduced an incentive for Merchandisers and store staff, a selection of CD's to those who could influence a positive display enhancement leading to an increase in sales. ReportingThe data provided by Merchandisers enabled us to feedback a full report on the stock and display status at all Debenhams stores. Results
